Shipping and Returns

Delivery and pickup fee

We serve all areas of GTA and most of surrounding areas. Our delivery and pickup charges are as follows.

Zone 1:  $98 each way: Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, East York.

Zone 2: $128 each way: Vaughan, Downtown, Etobicoke, Pickering, Ajax.

Zone 3: $148 each way: Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, King City, Gwillimbury, Bradford, Woodbridge, Maple, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Caledon, Halton Hill (minimum order of $800).

Zone 4: $198 each way: Burlington, Hamilton, Port Perry, Barrie, Keswick, Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener (minimum order of $1500).

Zone 5: $268 each way: Waterloo, Collingwood, Peterborough, Port Dover, St. Catherine, Wasaga, Niagara (minimum order of $1500).

Shipping policy

1. All items must be orderd at least one day prior to the delivery date. We do not accept same day order and delivery.  All delivery must be arranged based on our delivery schedual. First come, First served.

2. Client shall ensure that our delivery team has the access to the delivery location in order to deliver the leased items. Client must notify our delivery team of any parking restrictions or specific delivery instructions at the delivery laoction prior to the delivery date. Any tickets cause by failure notify, shall be charged to the Lessee.

3. We ask all clients to wait at the delivery location at least 30 minutes prior and after the delivery time. If our delivery team can not access the location, client will be charged a handling fee of $20 for every 15 minutes from the time of delivery until such time as our mover is granted access to the delivery location, up to a maximum of $60.

4. We ask for a minimum of 24 hour written notice for teminate or re-schedule an order. If any of leased items are for any reason not accepted and returned to us by our delivery personnel, then the client shall be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the rental rate of such leased items.

5. Our delivery team only provide service of leased items, We are not responsible to help moving items not belong to our company.

Our delivery team will not leave any mess behind during the delivery or pickup. We guarantee that our team will not damage your property, If by any slim chance some damage occurs to your property while moving your furniture, we will fix it without any questions.

Return/Refund Policy

Client shall contact our office at least 2 business day prior to the due date of the lease. Otherwise the lease will be automatically renewed.

For client convience, we provied 3 days refund policy. Client will get 70% refund of the rental rate of such leased items. Items must be returned in 3 days after the delivery. Client  are responsible for the delivery to our warehouse.

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment

Client must check the final order carefully. We only deliver the items according the order. If there is any lost, damage or wrong shipment during the delivery, we take full responsibility. 

We also allow clients to pick up and return the leased furniture by themselves. Clients shall take full responsibilty of the shipment.
